Noticias Argentinas reported today that the Court, which acquitted the police officers accused of "torture followed by death", was held at the request of the complaint, and now the matter will be raised to Appeal for review.
However, in the public trial developed weeks ago, (TOC5) absolved the troops Luis Acuña, Leonard Brand, Mauro Ponti, Natalio Denaris and Rubén Steingruber.
The ruling was criticized by the family of the victim and the complaint by Hugo López Carribero attorney and trial by prosecutor William Bordenave, who had asked in his plea the sentence of life imprisonment for the five defendants.
