Division II of the Court of Criminal Appeal of the Province of Buenos Aires reversed a ruling which had acquitted four police officers, as part of the cause they are investigating the murder of young Gaston Duffau, occurred in 2008 , and ordering a new trial.
Similarly, judges Fernando Mancini, and Carlos Mahiques kept the acquittal of Walter Cesari, head of the police station that owned the police involved.
